Oulanka research station also has a relatively well equipped analysis laboratory, extremely high-quality microscope and micro-imaging systems and boasts a multitude of long-term time series data series which go back several decades and contain series composed of various measurements, series on water chemistry etc., but also several different biological data sets. Many of the biological data sets also span multiple decades and are active.
In addition to AnaEE, Oulanka research station and EcoClimate are also part of eLTER, INTERACT, Lifeplan and is in the process of becoming an ICOS site.
